The under mentioned property will be sold by public auction on 4.8.2006 for recovery of a sum of Rs.62,61,200.10p (Rupees Sixty two lakh sixty one thousand two hundred and paise ten only) plus further interest and costs due from Mrs. Gowri Venkatesan and 2 others. The auction will be held at Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai-2 at 3.00 P.M. The property will not be sold below the upset price mentioned.
Land admeasuring 1549 sq.ft. with a building thereon with a built up are of around 980 sq.ft. bearing Door No.1-B, Seeyalam Street, Villivakkam, Chennai – 49 in TS No. 88, Block No. 39, Paimash No. 439, bounded on the North by Adiapatham site; South by common passage; East by site of Nagabushanam; West by Sakkubai’s site situate within the Sub-Registration District of Konnur and Registration District of Chennai North.
Upset price: Rs.6,50,000/- (Rupees Six lakhs fifty thousand only)

The intending bidders should pay 10% of the upset price of the property as EMD by means of a D.D. drawn in favour of the “Recovery Officer, DRT– I, Chennai for DRC No.89/98”, payable at Chennai before 12.00 Noon on the date of auction.
