The under mentioned property will be sold by public auction on 24.8.2006 for recovery of a sum of Rs.1,23,06,317.50p (Rupees One Crore twenty three lakhs six thousand three hundred and seventeen and paise fifty only) plus further interest and costs due from M/s Geetha Marine Products (P) Ltd. and 12 others. The auction will be held at Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai-2 at 3.00 P.M. The property will not be sold below the upset price mentioned.
Land admeasuring 2092 sq.ft. with a building thereon bearing Door No.2, Annasamy Street, Ellis Road Cutting, Chennai – 2 in Old S.No. 264, Old RS No. 88, present RS No. 88/1 bounded on the North by Annasamy Street; on the South by Barber Egan Street; on the East by door No.1, Pari Printers and on the West by Chandran Auto Consultant within the Sub-Registration District of Triplicane and Registration District of Chennai.
Upset price: Rs.23,50,000/-(Rupees Twenty three lakhs fifty thousand only)
NOTE: The property is sold on “as is where is “ basis.
The intending bidders should pay 10% of the upset price of the property as EMD by means of a D.D. drawn in favour of the “Recovery Officer, DRT– I, Chennai for DRC No.75/2003” payable at Chennai before 12.00 Noon on the date of auction. They can inspect the property between 11.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M. on 23.8.2006
