The under mentioned property will be sold by public auction on  24.7.2006  for recovery of a sum of Rs.87,14,036.34p (Rupees Eighty seven lakhs fourteen thousand thirty six and paise thirty four only) plus further interest and costs due from R.Ravichandran and another.                    The auction will be held at Indian Bank, Bhuvanagiri Branch at 2.00 P.M. The property will not be sold below the upset price mentioned.

            Land admeasuring a total extent of 5.19 acres in S.No. 151/2J(1.48 acres), S.No. 151/2G(30 cents), S.No. 149/2M (30 cents), S.No. 151/2H(42 cents), S.No. 150/2(11 cents), New RS.No. 149/2.I(16 cents),  New RS.No.145/3.B.( (26 cents), New RS No. 145/3.B.10 (63 cents), New RS No. 149/2.J(53 cents), New RS No. 150/1(50 cents), New 

RS No. 150/2 (50 cents)  in Mel Bhuvanagiri Village, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District situated within the Sub-Registration District of Bhuvanagiri.

 

Upset price: Rs.3,80,000/- (Rupees  Three lakhs eighty thousand only)

 

NOTE: The property is sold on “as is where is “ basis.

 

 

The intending bidders should pay 10% of the upset price of the property as EMD  by means of a D.D. drawn in favour of the “Recovery Officer, DRT– I, Chennai for DRC No.68/2004”, payable at Chennai  before 11.00 A.M. on the date of auction.  They can inspect the property between 11.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M. on 22.7.2006
