The under mentioned property will be sold by public auction on 23.8.2006 for recovery of a sum of Rs.32,49,539.72p (Rupees Thirty two lakhs forty nine thousand five hundred and thirty nine and paise seventy two only) plus further interest and costs due from M/s MGM Graveurs and 5 others. The auction will be held at Indian Overseas Bank, Audiappanur Branch, Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District at 2.00 P.M. The property will not be sold below the upset price mentioned.
Item No.1: Land admeasuring 1 acre in RS No. 11/6 (SF No. 11/6A) situated at Makkanur Village, Achamangalam Panchayat, Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District situated within the Sub-Registration District of Jolarpet bounded on the North by Road; South by Govinda Gounder’s land; East by Govindan’s land and West by Road
Item No.2: Land admeasuring 1.30 acres in RS No. 11/4 (SF No.11/4) situated at Makkanur Village, Achamangalam Panchayat, Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District situated within the Sub-Registration Dsitrict of Jolarpet bounded on the North by Muniappan Gounder and Mr. Sethu property ; South by Ramakrishnan’s house and Raji and Kannan’s land; East by Raji’s land and burial ground and West by Road and Mr. Raj property
Both the items along with the building thereon with a total built up area of 3300 sq.ft. in the ground and first floors will be sold as a single lot only.
Upset price: Rs.9,30,000/-(Rupees Nine lakhs thirty thousand only)
NOTE: The property is sold on “as is where is “ basis.
The intending bidders should pay 10% of the upset price of the property as EMD by means of a D.D. drawn in favour of the “Recovery Officer, DRT– I, Chennai for DRC No. 334/99”, payable at Chennai before 12.00 Noon on the date of auction.
