The under mentioned property will be sold by public auction on  3.8.2006 for recovery of a sum of Rs.34,31,630.44p (Rupees Thirty four lakhs thirty one thousand six hundred and thirty and paise forty four only) plus further interest and costs due from              Mr. Abdul Fahim and 3 others.  The auction will be held at Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai at 3.00 P.M. The property will not be sold below the upset price mentioned.

Land and Building at Old Door No.1, New Door No.38, Revenue ward No.5, Municipal ward No.7, 5th Byre Line or Masjid Street, Kaspa, Vellore Town, Vellore Taluk & District, admeasuring 1184 sq.ft. bounded on the north by 5th Byre Line or Masjid Street; South & West by 4th Byre Line, and East by private residential property, with dimensions North to South: 32 feet and East to West: 37 feet, within the                   Sub-Registration District of Vellore.

Upset price: Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees  Two lakhs and fifty thousand only)

NOTE: The property is sold on “as is where is “ basis.

The intending bidders should pay 10% of the upset price of the property as EMD   by means of a D.D. drawn in favour of the “Recovery Officer, DRT– I, Chennai for DRC No.30/2003” payable at Chennai  before  12.00 Noon  on the date of auction.  They can inspect the property between 11.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M. on 2.8.2006
