The under mentioned property will be sold by public auction on 7.8.2006 for recovery of a sum of Rs. 61,83,018/- (Rupees Sixty one lakhs eighty three thousand and eighteen only) plus further interest and costs due from M/s Cashew Oils and Resins Pvt. Ltd. and 3 others. The auction will be held at 3.00 P.M. at Debts Recovery Tribunal – I, Chennai. The property will not be sold below the upset price mentioned.
All those pieces and parcels of land admeasuring 0.62 acres (0.040.0 Hectares) comprised in Old S.No. 204/4(part), New S.No. 480/1 situate in Kadampuliyur Village, Kadampuliyur Sub-Registration District, Cuddalore Registration District bounded on the North by Kilakuppam Road; East by Kumbakonam Road; South by Vishwanathan’s land and West by Kilakuppam Road, together with all building and structures standing thereon and all plant and machinery thereon in the premises known as “Cashew Oil & Resins Pvt. Ltd”.
Upset price: Rs. 10,70,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs seventy thousand only)\
Note: The sale will be on “ as is where is” basis.
The intending bidders should pay 10% of the upset price of the property as EMD by means of a D.D. drawn in favour of the “Recovery Officer, DRT-I, Chennai for DRC No.27/2005” payable at Chennai before 12.00 noon on the date of auction. They can inspect the properties between 11.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M. on 5.8.2006
