Agricultural lands admeasuring 5.45 acres in S.Nos. 694/4, 695/3, 695/1, 695/2, 695/4, 695/5, 696/1, 695/5, 696/1, 696/2, 696/3, 696/4, 696/5, 698, 699/1, 699/2, 701/2 in Athur Village, Chingleput District situated within the Joint-II Sub-Registration District of Chingleput.
Upset price: Rs.28,40,000/-(Rupees Twenty eight lakhs forty thousand only)
NOTE: The property is sold on “as is where is “ basis.
The intending bidders should pay 10% of the upset price of the property as EMD by means of a D.D. drawn in favour of the “Recovery Officer, DRT– I, Chennai for DRC No.206/2004”, payable at Chennai before 11.00 A.M. on the date of auction. They can inspect the property between 11.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M. on 20.7.2006.
