                The under mentioned properties will be sold by public auction on 9.8.2006 for recovery of a sum of Rs.7,45,32,746/-(Rupees Seven Crores forty five lakhs thirty two thousand seven hundred and forty six only) (less amount already recovered) plus further interest and costs due from  M/s Cable House, & 11 others. The auction will be held  at            3.00 PM at Debts Recovery Tribunal – I, Chennai -2. The properties will not be sold below the upset price mentioned.

 

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTIES

 

Item:1.            House, ground and premised forming Plot No.20 in the newly formed layout street.  In Re-survey No.263 connecting the Perambur High Road, Chennai –12, bounded on the North by Plot No.17, sold to Kapllavi Annapoorna, , South by 20 feet Road, East by Plot No.19 sold to A.P. Apparao, West by Plot No.21, sold to R.Venkateswaralu and P. Satyanarayana and extent North to South about 92 feet and East to West about 50 feet and in the area about one ground and 2188 sq.ft. bearing New Door No.6, Jamalia Nagar, Perambur High Road, Chennai –12 comprised in Municipal No.9-C ( Part of Old No. 4) of Perambur High Road, and forming part of Re Survey No.263 and in the Municipal Division No.35 and Sub-Registration district of Purasawalkam and Registration Disrict of Chennai.

Nos. 454/16 & 453/6 of Block No.24, Old Survey Nos. 125 (Part) & 124 (Part), situate at the Sub-Registration District of Purasawalkam and Registration District of Madras –Central, bounded on the North by New Door No.10, Cheyur Parthasarathy Street, R.S.No. No.455/10 & 455/14, on the South by Srinivasachari Street, on the West by New Door No.37, Srinivasachari Street –R.S.No.453/3, the ground measuring 38 feet on North, 41 feet on the South, 122 feet on the West and 100 feet on the East covering an area of 4937.5 sq.ft.

               UPSET PRICE:Rs 54,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty four Lakhs only)

The intending bidders should pay 10% of the upset price of the property as EMD  (for each property separately) by means of a D.D. drawn in favour of the “Recovery Officer, DRT-I, Chennai for DRC No. 149/2003” payable at Chennai before 12.00 noon on the date of auction.  They can inspect the properties between 11.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M. on 8.8.2006
