The under mentioned property will be sold by public auction on 28.7.2006 on “AS IS WHERE IS” condition for recovery of a sum of Rs. 18,46,954/-(Rupees Eighteen lakhs forty five thousand nine hundred and fifty four only) plus further interest and costs due from M/s Blist Ploymer and 4 others. The auction will be held at 3.00 P.M. at Punjab National Bank, No.28 Gandhi Road, Kancheepuram – 631 501. The property will not be sold below the upset price mentioned.
All that piece and parcel of land situated at Nelvoi, Chengleput District comprised in S.No. 171/3(60 cents), S.No.188/1 (76 cents), S.No.265 (1 acres 2 cents), S.No.151/1B (32 cents), S.No.211/2(55 cents) , S.No.190/1 (75 cents) , S.No. 263 (58 cents), S.No.264(52 cents), S.No.122/1 (1 acre 10 cents) , S.No.287 (85 cents), S.No.252 (64 cents) and S.No.266/2 (78 cents) in all 8.47 acres situate within the Sub-Registration District of Kancheepuram.

The intending bidders should pay 10% of the upset price of the property as EMD by means of a D.D. drawn in favour of the “Recovery Officer, DRT-I, Chennai for DRC No. 137/2001”, payable at Chennai before 12.00 noon on the date of auction. They can inspect the property between 11.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M. on 27.7.2006
